Sumit is the second-generation businessman of Borle family. He inherits the basic principles of business from his father, whom he has watched very closely in his business attributes.  His father has always taught to him the principles of Warren Buffet, the basic being “Never depend on a single source of income, make the investment to create a second resource and honesty is very expensive gift and don’t expect it from cheap people.”

Carrying the above thoughts completely in his mind he has always invested in the business right from setting up a factory, starting a cooperative society, agri-based industry, farming, supply chain logistics and finally into hospital management.

Sumit has active and effective work experience of around 20 years and brings in the complete advantage to the portfolio, which is undertaken by him. By birth, a hard worker he has given his sweat and blood for all the ventures undertaken by him.

By observing his mother doing all the charity work, that stint was already imbibed since infancy. Sumit keeps on carrying out his charity work ceaselessly for the benefit and betterment of society.

Sumit has expertise in the field of finance, operation, marketing and hospital management. He is the Chief Operating Officer for All Is Well Hospital and the hospital is progressing under his mentorship.
