Every patient who wishes to avail services at All Is Well Multispeciality Hospital, needs to be registered.
Registration is a onetime activity. The patient needs to carry his photo ID (e.g. Aadhar, PAN, Driving License etc.) for the registration process.
You may also pre-register through website, via telephone call or through a personal visit.
The patient will be issued a Patient ID card/File once the registration is complete with a unique identification number through which patient/attender can access medical data at a later stage whenever needed.
The registration and billing desks are located in OPD cluster area.
